If you're looking for a "plug and play" box that will easily connect your PC/Mac to external screens this item is NOT for you.On the other hand if you like experiments and are willing to spend a lot of time and patience then eventually you'll find a setting for which this box will work with your computer/displays. The product comes with no meaningful instructions and the tech desk cannot help much (though they are very nice and easily accessible). Once you reach a workable setting the system works nicely until you reboot or disconnect or make any other change. At that time you're back to square one and should be prepare for another 10-20 minutes trial and error game till you reach a stable functioning state.
