Here is my computer setting: Dell XPS 8300 i5-2300 2.8GHZ, 6G RAM, 128GB SSD, Integrated graphics. I played Starcraft II a lot. The game is slow even if I use medium graphic settings (resolution:1600X900). Went through a few forums, I settled with this card. Here is what I find:Pros:1: It is very very quiet. my power supply is 460W. It is plenty for this card.2: The windows experience index score is now 7.8 (Integrated graphics 5.2)3: Starcraft II (utra high graphic settings): FPS is between 54-101. Average:75 (Using the integrated graphics, I only get 14-30.)4: It has two 6pin power connectors I don't need them as my power supply have them). It also comes with a VGA to DVI adaptor. This is really handy.5: Surprise and bonus: There is no description on Amazon site that this actually include a free game: DIRT3: .6: Great build quality7: 3D experience (I have not tested yet)Cons:1: This is large card. You want to make sure you motherboard has enough space for it.Tips:This can be personal experience. When I first installed the card, I noticed the fan noise immediately and it could not be recognized and my monitors showed no signals. So I plugged my monitors back to the integrated graphic card and installed the drivers. Then I plug my monitors to the graphic card and powered on the machine. Then fan noise was disappeared and it became very very quiet. I saw signals in the monitors. Windows 7 started to recognize the new cards and install the drivers for it. The resolution still did not look good. After a restart, my two monitors were recognized and was set to their maximum resolution automatically.Overall, I really love this card. This is great graphic card that you won't regret buying it.update (09/27/2011)The card is still rocking.It took me two weeks to finally get the AMD stream key to download DIRT3. The game has 11GB download size. I followed the instruction on the coupon code card. After filling out all the info,submitted, was asked to upload a scanned photo of the coupon for evaluation. Make sure you sign up their newsletter when submitting the code. otherwise you will receive no confirmation. I did not signed up in the beginning. No response after one week. I contacted them through web form. still no response. Then I re-did the process and signed up the news letter. I got response from them after two days. They said they are evaluating all the submission...Anyway, great card, bad service from AMD.Update (06/05/2012)Some people report that Dirt 3 are not included any more.

Well...I have this GPU paired up with a Crosshair V Formula board and a FX-8150. I have the CPU overclocked to 4.5ghz and this is a good match to the card.Pros: Extremely quiet compared to my old card: and XFX 5870. The single fan on the 5870 was MUCH louder than the 7950. Unless you manually increase the fan speed you will hardly notice that it's there. My corsair H80 makes much more noise while on the medium cooling setting.Also, it doesn't accept huge overclocks but I was able to get a stable overclock at 1025mhz on the GPU clock and 1425mhz on the memory clock using the catalyst software. Super easy using sliders in the catalyst software. This does pretty good on BF3(the main reason I got this card). I don't have any benchmarks...but the improvement over the 5870 is significant...at least 20-30 fps depending on the map.I also like the physical looks of the card. It looks pretty good in my HAF 932 case. I personally love the silver on red trim for the side of the card that faces you when you look at the MB.Cons: Not many at this point. I don't like the fact that the XFX warranty has been decreased to 2 years. I really liked the double lifetime coverage on my old XFX card.Overall...unless anything crazy happens...I'm extremely happy. The latest drivers work well and this card is super stable. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Let me start by saying this is my first workstation card. I was skeptical of the difference in performance, but I decided to take the plunge and see for myself. I got this card mostly for modeling in 3DS Max (2010), Mudbox and Zbrush.PROS:This was a huuuuuuge upgrade from my XFX 5770, a bigger jump than expected. I can work with several million polygons without lagging up. I pushed this card farther, and hit the 15 million polygon mark with 3DS Max (using Max-specific drivers) and things were still easily editable, attaining 300+ fps. Loading the same model into Mudbox bore the same results, I could still sculpt and paint it with little lag.The work I do is mostly for game development, and I use the Unreal Engine 3 editor as much as I use 3D modeling apps, so I was a bit worried that this card would detract a bit from my productivity there (since it's pretty much the same as running any other DirectX game). But like I said performance is still great, no problems so far.I didn't get it for gaming, but was curious about its performance just the same. It seems just a little less powerful than my 5770, but given that it's not it's primary purpose, I think it's commendable.It's also not especially loud, I can't hear it above my four other Cooler Master sickleflow fans, which are made a bit louder by the filters I have on them.CONS:This thing does run HOT. It is almost too hot to touch. I haven't verified the actual temps on mine yet. I don't think there's anything wrong with it as it seems to be performing to expectations without any issues, it's just a hot card. the High Resolition usb dvi multi monitor video adapter works great without having to install a video card inside your computer. Its works as promised on their web site. the setup instructions were very clear and gives you the option to add extra moniters to computers. i had 2 hooked up and this made it 3 monitors running from one computer. i recommend this method and will order another one if i ever want to hook up anohter monitor to make it 4 on one computer....great way....almost no fuss..run software then plug in device then plug in monitor to device.
