If you are looking to add additional monitors to your desktop or notebook PC the UV150 Eclipse video card is definitely an easy method of doing this.I have not had prior experience working with this product. So after taking it out of the box, installing the software CD and hooking up the hardware equipment I wasn't sure if the third monitor would actually work -- being that my existing video adapter specified that it could not handle more than 2 monitors.However; after hooking up the hardware the third monitor worked instantly with no issues. I have had the third monitor for about a month and have not experienced any issues with the third monitor.I did not have a need to contact their support line, but I give them a 5 out of 5 for ease of use.Charles
