This is not the first one of these I have bought. I ordered a new Dell Vostro and did not like the choices they offered. I am not into heavy gaming or video production, but I wanted to not use the onboard video and steal CPU resources. A $70 easy solution.This card with a Gig onboard is more than sufficient for anything I have thrown at it. We have a LAN with 9 computers here, and I rely on these cards for fast installation and solid performance. The environment is Small Business, heavy on graphics, with a little video work, much web editing, spreadsheets, and other "Boring Stuff".Serious gamers might want something that needs a welder for a power supply..I guess. I don't know. These are happy with the common 350 Watt Power Supplies.This machine runs W7, 64 Bit. Plugged it in the slot, W7 went and got the lastest drivers, I just watched, and was not invited to participate :-)That's a Good Thing, just as it should be.
