First of all, I received this itm from Comp USA and whoever performs the shipping and handling for them is terrible. The packaging tape was not even centered on the box properly and looks like it almost exposed the contents. No where on the shipping box was there a label for the contents being Fragile.However, ASUS saved the day and they packaged the video card quite efefxctively so that the card would not budge from where it is placed in their item box.The card itself is a really easy installation. I am a first time computer builder and, even though, I have installed graphics card previously, this one was just as easy as any other. The card itself is fairly long, I do not know the true dimensions of it. The card may not fit in smaller micro atx cases but it fit perfectly with room to spare in my HAF 922 computer chasis.The fan works great, I can barely hear any noise from it upon computer start up and its temperature has never exceeded 37 degrees celsius.
