Very fast, no issues with stock OC, runs cool in my case (Cooler Master HAF 922) under load. Bryan Allbright  |  1 reviewer made a similar statement
The Classified can run it with all effects at maximum (things like 1080p, V-sync, AA, bloom, blur, ect)and according to FRAPS, I average around 50 fps. battletoad  |  3 reviewers made a similar statement

Amazon Verified Purchase

Let me start by saying I actually own this product.Granted, it's only been for a day, but since this is the only real owner's review on Amazon, that will have to do for now, I will update if needed if I have any issues.I have never been a PC gamer, only a console guy. But after seeing the Alpha MP footage of Battlefield 3, I knew what I had to buy something that could play it properly. I did a bunch of googleing, and settled for the GTX 570 Classified. Settled is a poor choice of words, this card is awesome.I have the CLassified running at it's standard 822 Mhz, I see no reason to overclock it any further than the factory OC it came with. I have it running with an i5-2500k (also at factory settings for now) and * GB of Ripjaws Ram. Installation and getting the drivers was quick and easy, even for me a real dummy when it comes to PC stuff.I only have one game to run it through the paces, but its a solid test. Witcher 2, which is one of the very best looking games ever made at this point in time. The Classified can run it with all effects at maximum (things like 1080p, V-sync, AA, bloom, blur, ect)and according to FRAPS, I average around 50 fps. SOmetimes it dips to low 40s, othertimes its at 60. It runs very smooth to me. Keep in mind this is with V-sync ON, so it limits the frames to 60 max and eliminates screen-tearing. You can turn V-S off, but it tears as bad as console versions of Assassins Creed games if you do. ALso, during cutscenes, the frames are usually on 30fps, but it seems maybe this has more to do with the game itself than the GPU. I mean there's less going on graphically during cutscenes than the actual gameplay. At any rate it still looks smooth.PLease note that this performance is with everything set to ON except ubersampling. Running Uber I get around 25-35fps. I see no real difference in graphics, the game looks super sharp without uber, and runs at a much higher framerate. SO no uber for me, although it is still quite playable.WIth all the special effects enabled,(minus uber) this game is so amazingly detailed. The textures and lighting are stunning. I would compare the increase of fidelity to one playing nothing better looking than Halo 2 on Xbox and then jumping directly into Gears of War 3. It is really unbelievable.I have put in 2 4-hour sessions, and my GPU temps have never gone above 75C, and it is usually hovering around 60C during gameplay on average. At idle (not playing a game) the temps are 40-45 C. This is with a fairly cheap full tower chassis (NXTZ Zero 2) with two cheap 120mm fans on the side pannel. I am very happy with the temps given the graphical output, and it doesn't need fancy cooling at all. Please be aware that this is a long card. Make sure you have 10.5 inches in length to spare. My Zero 2 case is really big, and the CLassified still barely fits. Perhpas my case is less efficent with interior space than other full size towers, I don't know.Anyways, I have absolutely zero doubts that Battlefield 3 is going to melt my eyes with this GPU, based on my time running Witcher 2. The price is really good with a nice bonus offer. I had actually ordered before the promotion, but fortuanately it didnt ship before the deal took place. Getting Batman Arkham City for free is great! If you are interested in this card you should search youtube for "gtx 570 gameplay" It may or may not show the actual Classified version of the card, but it will still give you a great idea of what to expect. (In fact, your card will have a faster clock speed than almost any of the great looking videos you see, since most are running stock units)I highly recommend watching Witcher 2, Batman Arkham CIty, Battlefield Bad COmpany 2, and any of the Crysis games. In summary: Runs ultra sharp graphics, stays cool, comes with a rebate and a full,FREE, and sure-fire AAA game, and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty if you register the product within 30 days. I HIGHLY recommend you buy this card. I know new cards are coming in December or January, and the prices on 570s will surely go down. But I have ZERO buyer's remorse, and I will be playing BF3 DAY ONE with beautiful graphics. TOtally worth it!And once again, I will provide updates to the review should anything go wrong.***EDIT 9/26***Still going strong. I OC my i5-2500k to 4.0 Ghz, but did not get any extra FPS, or any other noticable benefits on Witcher 2. Will run BF3 on this setup, then OC the 2500K more perhaps. After tinkering with Precision, I adjusted my fan settings to where the 570 CLassy never runs above 58C, even when giving it a big workout. Granted that is with the fan really kicking in hard at lower temps, and it IS loud, but I game with 5.1 DTS, so it drowns out the extra fan settings. This is totally optional, and as stated in the review, I was getting decent temps at stock fan speed, but I figure my adjustments will help prolong the life of the card.I tried capturing video of Witcher 2 max settings (no uber) with FRAPS, but unlike other youtubers who claim a loss of only 5 FPS when recording, I was losing around 20 FPS on average, so I didnt feel my footage accurately represented my gameplay experience. Perhaps my 15-2500K is to blame? I hear the 17-2600k is better for videos...
