NVIDIA is a wonderful company with amazing products... This just isn't one of them. Two weeks into having my Alienware computer, the graphics card would regularly heat up to the point of freezing or crashing the computer (around 72 degrees C). True to form, Dell told me that I was the problem and ran me around in circles until my warranty was up and basically shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry, can't help you." (also disappointing because I'm a 15 year dell customer) Now, to keep the computer running I have to remove the side of the computer and have a desk fan blowing on it at all times. Also, while playing Assassins Creed, i will regularly get a "blue screen of death."
